Lead Partner Experiences in the Global Payment Network Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy Apply interaction, visual, and service design expertise with cross-functional partners Select and use appropriate tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems Create artifacts including journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes Lead design projects, direct and delegate work for junior team members, and mentor designers Mature the overall product design practice at Capital One Navigate partner and stakeholder needs using data, research insights, scalability, and technology constraints Apply customer, competitor, and market insights to business challenges Use knowledge of technology, data capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform solutions Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive product strategy Present work to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact Experience with and contribution to an established design system Experience collaborating with product, technology, and business partners Experience leading design projects or teams Experience working in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Product Design, utilizing design and prototyping tools like Figma to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
