Stormwater Construction Foreman

Position: Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy Equipment/Concrete) Location: Athens, PA Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week Regional Travel: Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle. We provide $68 per diem on out-of-town travel days. Responsibilities Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure, including underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states. Operate advanced construction equipment, from hand‑held and power tools to heavy machinery such as skid loaders, excavators, and dozers. Travel during the week to new locations, contributing to project success. Document field observations to aid project success and drive continuous improvement. Prioritize safety, upholding the highest safety standards on every project. Qualifications 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience. Experience repairing and constructing stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins. Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid loader, mini‑excavator, etc.). Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff. Ability to perform frequent out‑of‑town regional travel (85% or more travel required). Must pass a pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. We are a drug‑free workplace. Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation. Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
