A well-established value-based primary care clinic in Seattle (downtown), Washington, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team, seeing pediatric through geriatric patients. Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this role is $146,000-$155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and health insurance for all team members working 24+ hours starting on the team member's date of hire CME allowance Generous PTO Fully covered malpractice insurance, including tail coverage 401(k) with employer match Life/AD&D insurance and additional benefits Paid sabbatical for every five years of service Position Details Outpatient only Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric patients Mix of well visits and acute care Average of 16 patients per day Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm What You'll Be Working On Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate Qualifications NCCPA Certified In the past 5 years, must have practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a year of primary care fellowship or 1+ years in an urgent care setting Community Seattle, Washington, is a vibrant coastal city known for its thriving healthcare, technology, and life sciences sectors, as well as its strong emphasis on innovation and quality of life.
