Key Responsibilities\n

    Conduct comprehensive assessments, including mental health screenings and evaluations, to identify clients' concerns and establish treatment plans that meet their specific needs.

    Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that leverage evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.

    Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote healing and resilience.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to clients' care that incorporates various perspectives and expertise.

The clients you will serve primarily consist of adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
