Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire hourly staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Train and develop employees through our All Star Training Program.
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage payroll-related notifications.

Essential Skills

  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to motivate and guide your team.
  • Proficient in analyzing profit and loss statements and managing inventory.
  • Ability to ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality products daily.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology.

Wings Etc. is a family-friendly grill and pub founded in 1994 by Jim Weaver in northern Indiana, focusing on a casual, non-corporate atmosphere with award-winning jumbo Buffalo wings, extensive sauce options, and a casual vibe. The restaurant chain is known for its \Good Food, Great Times\ philosophy, offering a diverse menu of wings, burgers, and other pub fare, alongside numerous TVs broadcasting sports.
