Harvest Ridge Winery is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven leader to oversee our Delaware Tasting Room. This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to help shape the guest experience at a family-run winery that proudly supports the mission of the Hero-Hunts Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to serving active-duty military, veterans, and their families through outdoor experiences and community programs.

What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team dedicated to creating outstanding guest experiences.
Oversee daily tasting room operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
Drive wine club growth through guest engagement and staff development.
Coordinate special events, private tastings, and group experiences.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales and growth goals.
Represent Harvest Ridge Winery at community events and promotional opportunities.
Travel to our Pennsylvania location periodically to collaborate with team members and leadership.

What We're Looking For:
Passion for hospitality, customer service, and team leadership.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Experience managing people and developing high-performing teams.
Wine knowledge is helpful, but a passion for learning is even more important.
