Location: Hybrid - Delevan, WI

Pay: $20-$21/hr

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for conversion)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales efforts by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This is a high-volume, phone-based role focused on resolving customer inquiries, driving solutions, and ensuring accuracy during a critical peak season.

This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage customer expectations, and comfort navigating systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls (phone-only support; no email queue)

• Provide solutions that support sales growth and customer satisfaction

• Accurately process and manage customer requests in Salesforce and SAP

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely outcomes

• Maintain a high level of data accuracy and process compliance

• Manage customer expectations and deliver a strong customer service experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or phone-heavy role preferred)

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• High attention to detail and ability to minimize errors

• Comfortable using Outlook for internal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Prior experience supporting sales or order processing

Work Environment & Schedule

• Training: 2-4 weeks onsite

• Hybrid Schedule:

• Onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

• Remote: Wednesday and Friday

• Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
