Assistant Program DirectorThe Assistant Program Director works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer) to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! The Assistant Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including onsite marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Program Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.
