Remote Benefits Enrollment Specialist
AO Garcia Agency
AO Garcia Agency seeks motivated individuals for a remote career with upside in financial-protection conversations. You’ll work warm leads, not cold lists, and be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.
As a remote role, you’ll explain benefits simply, enroll clients when appropriate, and maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom and coaching from experienced teammates is provided.
