General Summary The Industrial and Embedded Internet of Things (IE-IOT) business within Qualcomm is a dynamic unit driving innovation across a range of applications—from smart homes to industrial automation and enterprise solutions. As Director/Staff Manager of Product Management for Wi‑Fi & Bluetooth, you will define strategy, influence technology roadmaps, and enable global adoption of cutting‑edge wireless solutions, leading the lifecycle of IE‑IoT connectivity products to meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to customers. Key Responsibilities Define and execute long‑term product strategies aligned with market trends, customer needs, and Qualcomm’s IoT vision. Manage assigned IE‑IoT Wi‑Fi product lines throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Act as the voice of the customer by capturing requirements, building strong relationships, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. Partner with engineering, program management, and global sales teams to deliver high‑quality products on schedule. Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate market opportunities, and provide financial justification for portfolio decisions. Drive roadmap planning and communicate product vision internally and externally through compelling presentations. Monitor and report on market trends, design wins, roadmap execution, and strategic targets to senior leadership. Represent Qualcomm at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums to promote connectivity solutions. Other Requirements Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field. 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of leadership, organization, communications, and decision‑making within a highly technical enterprise environment. 3+ years managing high‑volume wireless semiconductor and SoC products. Hands‑on experience with Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth technologies. Strong technical, financial, and business acumen; exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills; proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
