Senior Associate

About the Job Yalecrest Partners is a private investment firm providing flexible credit and equity capital to companies across the public and private markets. This role sits at the center of our investment process — originating, evaluating, underwriting, and managing opportunistic credit and equity investments. You'll articulate our value as a capital provider directly to C-level executives, building the relationships that generate proprietary deal flow. Roles Network with executives, advisors, and investment bankers to generate proprietary deal flow across debt and equity. Perform financial analysis on public and private companies, including detailed modeling and credit documentation review. Evaluate corporate debt and equity investments and structure recommendations. Organize analysis and present investment ideas to the investment committee. Partner with deal teams on diligence, underwriting, and ongoing management of portfolio investments. Requirements 3–7 years in investment banking, private equity, alternative credit, or equivalent. Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills. Ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight and deliver results. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Persuasive, credible communicator — strong written and verbal presentation skills. High integrity, proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
