Back of House Team Member Opportunity

At Chick-fil-A, the back of house team member position is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Full-time pay starts at $18/hour. Part-time pay starts at $14/hour. Employees under 16 start at $10/hour.

Responsibilities of back-of-house team members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, tables, and food preparation
• Store kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
• Maintain personal knowledge by attending internal training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Always comply with Chick-fil-A's standards and dress code
• Other assigned duties
