Role Description The Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel in Springfield, MA. This position oversees daily operations of designated food and beverage outlets, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling outlet staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, monitoring sales and costs, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The Outlet Manager collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent guest experiences, addresses guest feedback, and supports promotional initiatives to drive revenue. The role also involves training team members, enforcing brand standards, and preparing routine reports for hotel leadership. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive guest experience in all outlet areas. Proven People Management skills, including team supervision, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback. Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and guests in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Inventory Management, including ordering, tracking stock, and controlling waste and costs. Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage outlet management is highly preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and service standards. Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic Microsoft Office or similar software.
