Job Type: Full-time (Remote, within San Antonio, TX) Responsibilities The Day-To-Day includes but is not limited to: Manage systems for sellers, buyers, database management, and back-office support Keep sellers and buyers updated and happy by making weekly phone calls, texts, and emails Work with our Remote Assistant Team by using screen share daily to manage and delegate tasks Responsible for the spot-checking of all contracts through closing while effectively communicating with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered throughout the closing process Responsible for keeping the team updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution Coordinate and collaborate with the other team members and vendors Schedule any necessary vendor appointments Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place Responsible for paying invoices, ensuring the collection of commissions and fees Manage an average of 20 to 35 files at any given time Qualifications 2+ years of experience in any of the following: Property management, Mortgage industry, Real Estate agent, Title agency, etc. Strong computer/technology skills Personable Excellent oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Ideally, the candidate is a local in the Boerne/Fair Oaks/San Antonio area Ability to manage multiple projects at a time Results-driven and fast-paced Works well under pressure Exceptional team player What to Expect Get to work with a world-class real estate team This is a primarily remote position, with the expectation to attend 2–3 in-person listing appointments per week alongside our lead listing agent in the Boerne/Fair Oaks area, as well as 2 monthly team meetings If interested please email View email address on click.appcast.io with your resume/CV along with a link to your socials!
