This position assists with store operations, customer service, merchandising, donation processing, volunteer supervision, and sales activities while helping create a welcoming and mission-focused shopping experience. Sample Work Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and the second Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. NOTE: Schedule subject to change-MUST BE FLEXIBLE. High School/College Student & Retirees encouraged to apply! Seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to support daily retail store operations while helping advance our mission. Requirements Preferred Qualifications Retail, customer service, cashiering, or nonprofit resale experience preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when operating the store alone Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, donors, and customers Passion for serving older adults and supporting Methodist Senior Services' mission and values Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Minimum Qualifications Meet the minimum age requirements for a work permit in Mississippi at the time employment commences; Reasonable accommodation which does not create undue hardship will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. #J-18808-Ljbffr
