We’re looking for caregivers that are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to local Veterans and seniors—helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. Your Role: As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate support such as: * Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc. * Health Monitoring: Med reminders, vitals, glucose & BP checks * Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision * Daily Living:Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping * Mobility: Transfers, walking support, repositioning * Home Safety:Keeping the home clean, safe, and cozy What You’ll Need: * A heart for care-giving * English fluency (spoken & written) * Level 2 Background Check + drug screening * Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance (with bodily injury coverage) * Recent TB test & physical (within 1 year) * Current CPR certification (within 2 years * Up-to-date on all requiredCEUs * Prior experience caring for seniors You're the Heart of What We Do At Always Best Care, we believe great care starts with great caregivers.
