A skilled and versatile Handyman is needed to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple sites. This role requires working independently with a combination of personal and company tools, handling everything from carpentry and plumbing to electrical repairs and painting. The ideal candidate excels in problem diagnosis and delivers exceptional customer service while efficiently managing their time amid frequent travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance across diverse sites
- Execute painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions
- Manage time effectively to meet service deadlines
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Operate a combination of personal and company tools safely and efficiently
- Travel frequently to multiple job sites independently
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and painting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handyman services
