In Lakeway, we support each other and have the greatest team atmosphere that includes a fun and talented area manager! We have a benefits package and flexible scheduling to help balance real life and work life. Got a longer drive? Let's talk about our driving incentive. Earn $23–$45+ an hour plus ADDITIONAL bonuses, with plenty of room to grow. A current Texas Cosmetology or Barber license is required.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
