Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 18 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Business Analyst (Domain Experts)
• Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of business analysis practices, Agile delivery methodologies, and technology project lifecycles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop training materials, guidance documents, and process recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to improve processes and ways of working.
• Prior experience with Institutional Retirement products
