Position Summary As a Shift Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations during your shift by coaching team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and support your team throughout each shift.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and quickly resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve success.
• Complete daily paperwork, inventory, and operational reports.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example.
