Registered Nurse - RN- School Nurse

Part‑time RN – Reports to: Director of Health Care Services. The RN promotes and restores students’ health by completing the nursing process in Riverview School’s onsite Health Care Center. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on campus. Our dynamic Health Care Team works cohesively to provide 24/7 care to our student population. Essential Job Function: Provide direct professional nursing care, first aid, illness/injury assessment, and emergency care to students. Administer medication with a physician’s order, per policy and DPH guidelines for medications in schools. Maintain accurate electronic health records for each student from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm every Wednesday and every other Friday/Saturday (16 hours per pay period). Pay Range: $35.50–$40.26 per hour. Candidates who bring advanced expertise or highly specialized skills may be eligible for compensation above the posted range.
