As a HomeWorks CHHA, you'll work one-on-one with clients in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties, building real relationships instead of rushing between rooms. What You'll Do Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and do light housekeeping Provide transportation and run errands for appointments Offer companionship and steady, familiar support What You'll Need Required: Current, active New Jersey CHHA certification High school diploma or GED 18 years of age or older Preferred: Prior home care or caregiving experience Pay & Benefits $17.50–$21.50/hour, based on shift, level of care, and weekend assignment $500 referral bonus for CHHA hires you refer Mileage reimbursement between client visits Paid sick time 403(b) retirement plan Paid training, plus scholarship support if you want to grow your certification further Some benefits are position,shiftand hours dependent Schedule Per diem, with flexible day, evening, and night shifts available.
