USI Insurance Services offers an 18-month Commercial Insurance Career Track providing hands-on experience supporting account teams and assisting with day-to-day management of commercial insurance programs. You’ll learn how coverage is structured, how risk is evaluated, and how brokers partner with clients and carriers to develop effective solutions.
