Kitting Operator – Test Kit AssemblyThe Job Center is now hiring Kitting Operators / Test Kit Assembly Associates! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assemble and prepare customer kits in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and maintain quality and accuracy.Compensation / Shift / Benefits of Kitting Operator:1st Shift: 7am – 5:30pm (M-F w/ mandatory OT)$22.00 per hourBenefits include- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOEligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a yearUnlimited $150 Referral BonusResponsibilities of Kitting Operator:Assemble various documents, materials, and products into completed kits according to customer specifications.Organize and combine individual components to create finished test kits.Ensure all required materials and components are included in each kit.Inspect completed kits for accuracy and quality.Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.Follow assembly instructions and established production procedures.Meet daily production and quality expectations.Perform additional kitting and assembly duties as assigned.
