Job Title: Hospice CNA | Every Visit Makes a Difference
Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage + $500 Sign-On Bonus
Benefits: Full benefits package available for full-time staff
Schedule: Per Diem or Full-Time | Weekend rotation
Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

Whether you're helping a patient feel comfortable, giving a family member a chance to rest, or simply being a familiar face during a difficult time, the work you do has an immediate and lasting impact.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support patient comfort while observing and reporting changes in condition.
- Assist with care needs as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the hospice team.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Deliver care that reflects each patient's individualized plan of care.
Who We're Looking For
- Current Minnesota CNA certification.
- Hospice experience preferred, with palliative care, oncology, home care, long-term care, or assisted living experience also welcomed.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
