What You’ll Do A typical day includes: Greeting guests warmly and providing Richie’s Chicken & Soul Hospitality Taking orders and operating the cash register accurately Packing and presenting orders with care and attention to detail Running orders to guests when needed Ensuring appetizing food presentation Restocking condiments, paper goods, and supplies Maintaining a clean dining room, lobby, and guest areas Preparing and maintaining the dessert case Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Supporting teammates to keep the shift running smoothly How We Do It At Richie’s Chicken & Soul, we live by three values: Spread the Love Serve guests and teammates with kindness, enthusiasm, and respect.
