Exercise strong communication and relationship‑building skills to collaborate with onsite school personnel and build rapport with students. Conduct social/emotional evaluations and eligibility paperwork. About You Active state license to work independently as a clinical social worker. SSW letter from State DOE or the ability to obtain one. At least 1 year of experience providing direct services/counseling in a school setting, excluding internship year. Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones. Working knowledge of technology, such as headphones and personal computers.
