Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• HCHB is a requirement.
• At least one year of recent home health PTA experience.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Monday through Friday.
• Coverage area includes multiple counties within the region.
• Floating across assigned territories is required.
• Productivity expectation is a minimum of 30 points per week.
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
