Director of Revenue Management

Leading a team of Revenue Analysis Managers, the full-time Director of Revenue Management will execute revenue analysis activities, prepare forecasts and budgets, and contribute to sales strategy while working onsite. Key responsibilities Compiles and analyzes revenue data to forecast sales and identify profit opportunities Develops and implements revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and demand Manages relationships with key stakeholders and communicates results and challenges effectively Required qualifications 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year degree with 2 years of experience Proven experience in revenue management, sales, or marketing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights Experience in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and revenue analysis reports Leadership experience in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
