Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a four-day work week , with the General Dentist serving as the primary provider Monday through Thursday.

Practice Overview

Join a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Hanson, Massachusetts , where you'll step into an established patient base following the departure of a longtime provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to make an immediate impact in a busy, collaborative practice with strong clinical support.

The office features 4 fully equipped operatories and utilizes advanced technology including CEREC same-day restoration technology, 3Shape TRIOS digital scanning, and intraoral cameras . The practice is supported by an experienced hygiene team consisting of three Registered Dental Hygienists , with two hygienists scheduled each day to help maintain a productive schedule and provide comprehensive patient care.

A second General Dentist provides care on Fridays, creating a stable and collaborative clinical environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our clinical team following the departure of a provider. This is a high-priority opportunity to step into a productive schedule and serve as the primary provider four days per week in an established practice with a loyal patient base.

The ideal candidate is passionate about comprehensive dentistry, values building long-term patient relationships, and enjoys working collaboratively with an experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
• Diagnose and present individualized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.
• Utilize advanced technology, including CEREC, 3Shape TRIOS, and intraoral cameras, to enhance diagnosis and treatment outcomes.
• Partner with the hygiene team to provide comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.
• Experience preferred, but confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.
