RN-Registered Nurse // ED - Emergency Department $1,456 weekly stipends $7.25/hour $261 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 9/21/2026 13 weeks Day Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week Data Collection 07/21/2026 Unit Information Emergency Department Location HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe Address 504 Medical Center Blvd. Conroe, TX 77318 Floor 2nd Building 504 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds– 30 physical, 8 hall beds Number of Staff– 77 Type of staff: o Day Shift– 7A: CN, 7 RNs, 1 Paramedic or LVN; 9A: 1 RN; 10A: Paramedic or LVN; 11A: 2 RNs; 12P: Paramedic or LVN; 1P: 1 RN; 3P: 1 RN o Night Shift– 7P: CN, 8 RNs, Paramedic or LVN Patient Ratios – 1:4 Type of equipment- Baxter IV pumps, Client Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/ CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, portable EKG machine, EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Compassion Empathy Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
