Geriatric LPN: Compassionate Care, Evenings & Weekends

American House Senior Living Communities is seeking an LPN to support residents in maintaining independence and psychosocial wellness under the Wellness Director. You will provide medication administration, monitor vitals, assist with admissions and discharge planning, and ensure regulatory compliance across the Residents Services Department.
