Resident Experience & Leasing Specialist

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at a Garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-in. The role requires implementing marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi, and responding to resident needs to sustain occupancy.
