- $70k - $80k starting salary

- Own every aspect of club operations: sales, staffing, training, member experience
- Oversee and manage your team of leaders and their departments: Personal Training, Front Desk, Group Fitness, Facilities/Maintenance
- Drive membership revenue, smash KPIs, and coach your team to victory
- Build a culture that’s positive, electric, and fiercely goal‑driven
- Ensure your club becomes the undisputed fitness destination in your city
- Lead with confidence, clarity, and Crunch‑level energy
