Clinical Substance Use & Behavioral Health Counselor
Native Health
Native Health is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to join a multidisciplinary team delivering direct patient care focused on substance use and mental health. You will support individuals, families, and groups, following professional guidelines and HIPAA requirements. Responsibilities include assessments, counseling, documentation, and collaboration with care teams to promote comprehensive patient care.
