A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.This position will report to the Transaction Banking Director-Complex Deal Manager with responsibility to ensure effective implementation of new, complex treasury management business (heavily weighted with new government banking and oil & gas industry verticals); Position works in partnership with the various Implementation teams and third party vendors for flawless, timely execution.Responsibilities include:Collect required client information and document requirements for the implementation teamDevelop regular project updates – keeping the client, client team and Implementation team updated and briefed on progressBuild and manage relationships with multiple stakeholdersConduct user readiness assessments and address any gaps prior; solution-orientedInfluence others across the business organization to complete required activities (Legal, Product Management, Risk, etc.) Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automatedFollow all regulatory, policy and bank proceduresPartner closely with appropriate implementation team, Relationship Managers and TBA Training to assist with training the client Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels and client needsIdentify issues and risks, escalate as necessary. Participate in the problem resolutionPrevious project management experience at a major financial institution, preferably with Treasury Management/Card/Trust/Government experience (5-10 years)Banking Treasury Management Service and Implementation experience (5+ Years)Workflow documentation experience, including detailed cross-functional flows Excellent organizational and time management skillsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsCritical thinkerCreative problem solverStrong analytical skillsComfortable with accessing and navigating multiple banking departmentsKnowledge of internal controls, risk assessments and risk managementAbility to travel as required (up to 30%)Demonstrate MUFG Core ValuesThe typical base pay range for this role is between $138k-$161k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
