RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute global procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives in cancer immunotherapy drug development and GMP Manufacturing.

· Lead the procurement team in the sourcing of raw materials, equipment and services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

· Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness; negotiate contracts that optimize value for the company.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, finance and other G&A support functions to forecast needs and ensure seamless supply chain management.

· Implement innovative procurement processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in procurement and supply chain management.

· Prepare and manage procurement budget, providing regular reports to senior management on performance metrics and cost-saving initiatives.

· Ensure robust risk management strategies are in place to mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATION - SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :

· Must be able to handle a large volume of transactions and maintain high degree of accuracy.

· Ability to prioritize and work well within a dynamic environment.

· A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other key platforms.

· SAP experience a plus.

· Analytical with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to grasp concepts and ideas quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred but not required.

· Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as data analyst in the Procurement/Distribution Pharmaceutical industry.

· Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and regulatory requirement specific to biotechnology or pharmaceutical.

· Demonstrate ability to lead and develop a team, manage complex projects, and negotiate high-value contracts.

· Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills

· Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate changes and challenges in the marketplace and adapt procurement strategies accordingly.

TRAVEL:

· Frequent, as when required.
