Are you personable, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to grow? Conoryea & Associates American Family Insurance is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Eagan, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. Insurance experience isn't required—we're looking for someone who is coachable, driven, and eager to learn.

- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with questions and their insurance needs by phone, email, and in person.
- Learn about insurance products and help customers understand their coverage options.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and leads to generate new business.
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service and help maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep customer records and documentation accurate and organized.
- Learn agency systems, sales processes, and day-to-day operations.
- Work with the team to meet customer service and sales goals.

- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required .
- An active Property & Casualty license is a plus, but the agency will pay for licensing for the right candidate .
- Base pay plus commission opportunities.
- Agency-paid licensing for the right candidate.
