Paving Foreman

Our company began in 1988 and have been going strong since. We are in search of someone who is a self starter and ambitious. We have very competitive pay and are willing to negotiate based on experience. We also offer a significant bonus. We offer health insurance for employee and family. For that person that lives further away we are offering housing for the season and travel expenses. We need someone who can manage a paving crew and equipment as well as work on jobs each day. Requirements Must have many years of experience working on a crew, no less than 5 years Must work well with others and have good communication skills Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to run all equipment used in the application of paving from preparation to the finished product Must have absolute knowledge of all aspects of this type of industry Safety comes first!
