Senior UX / Product Designer

You’ll own design work from ideation through launch, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to think strategically, execute at a high level, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.Required: Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday from our Philadelphia, PA or Miami, FL office. For additional information on this role’s compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff’s equity incentive plan.Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000What You'll DoDesign end-to-end product experiences across Web & NativeOwn projects from early discovery through final deliveryPartner closely with Product & Engineering to define problems and ship solutionsTranslate complex workflows into simple, intuitive customer experiencesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsUse research, data, and feedback to inform design decisionsContribute to and help evolve our design systemCollaborate across teams to ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experienceWhat We're Looking For6–10+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital productsStrong portfolio showing end-to-end product design workExperience working in fast-paced, collaborative environmentsAbility to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear solutionsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of craftCustomer-first mindset with a passion for solving real customer problemsExperience leveraging AI-driven design or automation tools to improve workflows, exploration, or iterationStrong understanding of accessibility best practices and a track record of designing inclusive, usable experiencesNice-to-HaveExperience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or on-demand deliveryExperience designing for multiple customer types (customers, partners, internal tools)Experience designing flexible, component-based editing or creation surfaces (e.g., tools which allow editors to build and customize content, layouts, or workflows)Familiarity with experimentation and data-driven product developmentWorking knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, React Native)At Gopuff, we know that life can be unpredictable.
