We're seeking a Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Auburn Hills, MI. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st

What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:
- Assembling finished units per customer specifications and coordinating with teammates for complex tasks.
- Utilizing manual and automated lifting devices while adhering to all product safety specifications.
- Organizing and maintaining spare parts inventory, replenishing stock at your workstation, and auditing material kits.
- Verifying documentation, reporting scrap and downtime, and updating manufacturing metrics.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
- Participating actively in team meetings and projects and communicating effectively within your team.
- Complying with Environmental Health and Safety standards at all times.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have basic reading, writing, and math skills (minimum 8th-grade level).
- Possess basic PC skills, including keyboarding, mouse usage, and proficiency with Windows.
- Are able to stand for extended periods and frequently walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Have good close vision for reading drawings and using visual aids.
- Can wear safety glasses and steel-toed shoes in designated areas.
- Thrive in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise, moving machinery, and occasional exposure to dust, dirt, or chemical fumes.
