Service Dispatcher

Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for taking customer orders, assigning Service Technicians, and ensuring that service jobs are billed in a customer friendly manner. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $18 - $22 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians Enter call orders in the service tracking system Follow-up with customers to ensure completion and satisfaction Maintain regular contact with field technicians to provide directions and assistance in completion of Service calls Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions What we require High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years' experience in customer service What we prefer 1+ years' experience as a dispatcher 1+ years' experience with accounts receivable or billing What we offer Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
