Key Responsibilities Stand for an extended period while performing the duties of this job. Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Interact, understand resident inquiries and provide responses. Work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands. Perform assignments with minimal supervision. Qualifications Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents/instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbal and written.
