Finance Director: Strategic Leader for an Independent School

Frederica Academy on Saint Simons Island, GA seeks a Director of Finance to lead all financial and accounting operations. This is a 12-month, fulltime role overseeing budgeting, reporting, audits, and compliance, and managing a four-person team. The position partners with senior leaders to provide financial insights.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with banks and the Board, plus support for tuition contracts and financial aid.
