About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Product Portfolio and Risk Management for its Wealth and Investment Management Chief Product Office. This senior leadership role is pivotal in establishing and leading an integrated team that supports product portfolio and risk management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for portfolio governance, investment planning, and prioritization, as well as ensuring operating routines, business controls, audit readiness, and product risk governance are in place. The role demands a strategic advisor who can drive organizational effectiveness, investment decisions, and cross-functional alignment. Key responsibilities include portfolio health and execution oversight, investment planning and prioritization, product risk, governance, and controls, operational simplification, and AI enablement. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, with at least 4 years' in a management or leadership role. Desired qualifications include experience in product portfolio management, governance, strategy, and operations within a large, complex organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencing senior executives, leading organizational transformation, and leveraging data and AI capabilities to enhance decision-making. A background in wealth management, banking, financial services, or FinTech is preferred. The role requires a leader who can foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration, and who is adept at building and developing high-performing teams.
