Managing Consultant - Business Transformation (Banking and Capital Markets) (NY) New York, NY Business Transformation – BT-General Full-Time Employee Hybrid Job Description We are seeking a Managing Consultant specializing in Business Transformation within the Banking and Capital Markets sector. This role will involve working closely with clients to drive transformation initiatives and improve business processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage business transformation projects. Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Qualifications Proven experience in business transformation, preferably in banking and capital markets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
