Company Overview

A global e-commerce health and wellness organization is seeking an experienced IT support professional to maintain reliable endpoint technology across a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.

Position Summary

The IT Support Specialist II provides second-level technical support across Windows, macOS, and iOS enterprise environments. The role owns complex incident resolution, endpoint deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, access support, documentation, and technical guidance while contributing to infrastructure refresh initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated hardware, software, endpoint, access, application, and network incidents received through the ticketing system, chat, and email.
• Research complex issues, coordinate resolution across support teams and vendors, and escalate when higher-level intervention is required.
• Image, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft, Apple, and Google endpoints and applications.
• Administer endpoint access, onboarding, offboarding, equipment shipment, workstation setup, and device-lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories and complete periodic audits.
• Support endpoint management, patch distribution, vulnerability remediation, and organizational security controls.
• Troubleshoot common network, server, mobile-device, peripheral, and application issues.
• Maintain support procedures, workflows, knowledge-base content, training materials, and incident progress records.
• Explain technical information and organizational policies clearly to non-technical users and junior support staff.
• Evaluate hardware and software products and provide implementation recommendations.
• Execute endpoint and infrastructure refresh projects and participate in on-call support when required.

Required Qualifications

• Three to five years of enterprise desktop or help desk support experience with Windows operating systems.
• Three to five years of enterprise support experience with macOS and iOS.
• Experience resolving second-level incidents and escalations in a professional support environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of patch management, software distribution, endpoint administration, and vulnerability remediation.
• Working experience with endpoint or identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Automox, virtual desktop infrastructure, Qualys, or comparable tools.
• Experience with standard help desk ticketing tools and common network and application troubleshooting.
• Experience using Bash and PowerShell for support scripting.
• Experience executing endpoint or technical infrastructure refresh projects.
• Associate degree plus relevant work experience.
• Ability to organize priorities, communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and determine when escalation is required.
• Ability to perform routine workstation and equipment setup tasks, including occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Experience supporting users in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
