Human Resources Generalist

BACKGROUND: Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. This is an opportunity for a human resource professional to use their skills and experience to deliver a mission much bigger than financial results. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment. Onboarding. Training Employee relations. Some health and safety duties. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in human resources management; or one to two years' human resources experience; or combination of education and experience. Candidates must have prior knowledge of human resources principles and practices. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator.
