Job Title: Front Office Associate Location: 11010 Prairie Lakes Dr, Suite 350, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 Working Model: Onsite Employee Type: 1.0 FTE - Full Time Schedule: Option 1: Mon-Wed: 9:00am-7:30am, Thu: 7:45am-6:15pm, Fri: OFF Option 2: Mon-Wed: 10:00-7:30pm, Thu: 10:45-6:15pm, Fri: 10:00-4:30pm Company Overview At Sagent Behavioral Health, we believe profound change is possible. Key Responsibilities Interact with all patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Check‑in patients for appointments, verify demographic information, provide paperwork, and collect payments. Coordinate care by scheduling patient appointments and collaborating with providers using multiple computer systems. Perform administrative tasks such as electronic filing, scanning, faxing, and mailing promptly. Answer inbound and make outbound phone calls, responding to inquiries promptly and courteously. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting room, managing paper work, supplies, and amenities. Handle patient concerns and crises with empathy and patience, collaborating with site leadership to resolve issues as needed. Attend mandatory meetings and trainings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in health care facilities and an interest in behavioral health preferred. Physical ability to occasionally lift and move office supplies up to 50 lbs. Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy. Compensation Non‑exempt position. Total earnings start at $16.00 hourly. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Positions are W2.
