Lead Architect_Data Architecture

Role description

Role ObjectiveOwn the CTA data foundation, enabling AI ready, governed, and auditable data to support clinical trial activation workflows.Key Responsibilities 1. Define and govern the Common Data Model (CDM) for CTA.2. Harmonize data across protocols, IRB systems, radiology, finance, and research ops.3. Design ingestion and transformation pipelines for structured and unstructured sources.4. Enable machine consumable data for AI agents and workflow orchestration.5. Define data governance, quality rules, and stewardship processes.6. Ensure data lineage, versioning, and auditability.7. Partner with AI Solution Leads to ensure data supports explainability and trust.8. Support analytics, dashboards, and CTA operational KPIs.9. Ensure privacy, access control, and HIPAA aligned protections.10. Guide data engineers and modelers on architecture and standards.11. Drive reusable data patterns and accelerators.12. Evolve data architecture to support future CTA phases.
